Assessment

The team must complete the peer-to-peer assessment during the first week of each month. The process includes:

1. Complete the assessment form, which involves:
   1. Assessing two aspects: cultural contribution and work contribution.
   2. The contributor can decide to skip giving a score and/or feedback to some of their peers if they believe they don’t have enough context to assess.
   3. Note that due to technical limitations with Google Forms, you will be prompted to assess yourself. Please skip assessing yourself. If you put an assessment it shall be ignored either way.
   4. Note the scale descriptions under the questions.

Walkthrough

1. Log into your Google account to access the form. This ensures each contributor submits only one form.
2. Select your name from the dropdown on the initial screen.
3. Proceed to assess all relevant peers in subsequent sections.
4. Provide meaningful feedback to help colleagues improve and advance within the organization.

After Assessment Process

1. Access the assessment results here.
2. You can see the calculations in the Calculations tab. There you’ll find the recalculated monthly compensation based on the assessment.
3. You will see a sheet called by your name. There you can see the aggregated data with the feedback and scores you’ve received from your peers.
