💡 Meetwithwallet as a product is maturing and solving an actual problem in the web3 ecosystem, features such as individual scheduling of meetings, integration with our regular calendar platforms like Google Calendar, Office 365, iCloud, Webdav, are some of the amazing features currently available in the product. While we keep building and learning we recently learnt about a flaw in the group meeting scheduling process which we over time developed our assumptions for and will be looking at validating as part of our product effort to implementing a group meeting scheduling feature, but before that we are presenting in this document what we have learnt about how other products/companies are solving the problem.

- [Bad practice] The product just provides just one use case feature for group meetings where people manually fill up their details and provide availability.
- [Recommendation for MWW]:
- On MWW, the feature where people who know themselves and are in the same team can be implemented – basically a team feature.
- Non-users time coordination: The guest (users without account) onboarding feature should be added to MWW, guests get to access the meeting scheduling, and share the scheduling link to other people(teammates) who are non-users also to enter their availability. - Implementing a team feature as suggested above, users should be able to easily create a team. Users should see the analytics of their team/individual activities.
- The round robin feature in Cal.com is an important feature for meeting schedules meant to be sent to a “team”. Here an organization can add all her team members where they can schedule internal meetings and also receive external round robin meetings (for a fee).
- Internal meeting time decision process (like 9am - 5pm) should be an additional feature too to the round robin feature which is a public facing features where external customers or clients can book a section with members in a team.

- Group meeting scheduling is done using polls in Calendly, this is really manual and can be time consuming.
Doodle

- Doodle has a section where group polls are made to ensure that everyone can attend and see when everyone’s available. There could be additional sections like: The polls used show every participants’ responses and feedback before the meetings start. The polls can be used to send scheduled emails to multiple accounts. Customs questions section can be found in polls for feedback. Doodle has a section where users book meetings one-on-one and not only in groups.
