Our considerations for a concrete first intervention:

- Design the new forum, the templates, and the interactions, how it’s pitched
- Review design with GitCoin community person & revise
- Watch the traffic for 2 weeks, advise ComMgr how to react to what’s posted
- Capture learnings, refine and improve
- Iterate in 2 week sprints
- After 4 sprints, we aren’t needed (though we can observe for the benefit of other projects)
- At 4 or 8 sprints, keep or kill decision
Effort:
- 2 days design, 1 day review, .50/day for 2 weeks, .25/day for sprints 2-4. 1 day for learnings report. 3 days for keep or kill decision.
- I think I’m too optimistic in the description above.
