What is Collabberry?

What?

Collabberry is a tool designed to manage compensation in early-stage startups. It tackles the challenge of assessing team contributions and ensuring fair compensation, particularly in environments with limited resources. By distributing ownership through “Team Points” and monetary compensation.

How?

As a manager, it can be challenging to assess an individual’s involvement without direct interaction, often due to a lack of context or technical understanding. With our tool, team members directly evaluate the contributions of peers they collaborate with. Based on these evaluations, we calculate a score that influences the distribution of ‘Team Points’ and propose a monetary compensation.

Benefit

This creates transparency and equity, strengthening team cohesion and motivation. It allows startups to effectively attract, retain, and inspire top talent, even with limited resources. While fostering a more collaborative culture.
