1. Context

Microsense is still a baby, metaphorically. We are very early, so we need to ensure we have the right foundations to ensure we have give our time, energy, and resources in doing the right things and in growing this young baby. This first cycle will have us understand if we have identified an actual problem and also back these with data of actual painpoints from individuals and organisations. Then we end the cycle by synthesising these insights and coming up with determining the right solution to the problem.

2. Cycle Goals

  1. Publish a PRFAQ of the Problem we have identified.
  2. Carry out structure User & Market Research using the Research Playbook. Focusing on the Problem Research.
  3. Determine the right solution to the pain points we have identified.
  4. Publish a research paper for the problem, and proposed solution.
  5. Grow our supports in the Unit (P5: Next Cycle).
