1. DAO Agreement.

By joining RnDAO community platforms, you agree to follow RnDAO’s shared rules during your interactions on our platforms and with fellow members of the community. By being part of RnDAO, whether as an individual or a legal entity, you commit to engaging respectfully and responsibly, and adhering to this Agreement and other governing documents equally that may be found on official RnDAO platforms. This document outlines the principles that govern your participation, interactions, and decision-making authority within the RnDAO community. Compliance with these principles will ensure a constructive and collaborative environment for everyone.

If you do not agree with these terms, we ask that you refrain from engaging with the RnDAO, its sister organizations and community. Your involvement and continuous use of RnDAO platforms signifies your acceptance of these guidelines and agreement that they are legally binding to the extent allowed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

Unless specified otherwise in the RnDAO governing documents, all users of RnDAO platforms shall abide by and follow this governance guidelines framework and further adapt and evolve them to their individual needs.

If any other guidelines, agreements and individual governance conflict with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take priority for enforcement purposes.

2. Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct aims to ensure a respectful, professional, and secure environment for all RnDAO members and contributors:

1. Respect for All: Every member must treat others with respect, equality, and impartiality. Discrimination, harassment, victimization, or the use of offensive language with intention to insult will not be tolerated.

2. Professional Conduct: Members must act professionally, demonstrating good faith, transparency, and honesty in all interactions.

3. Cultural and Religious Sensitivity: All religions, cultures, and customs are to be respected.

4. Zero Tolerance for Fraud: Any form of fraud, including bribery, self dealing, or other corruption is strictly prohibited. Offering or accepting gifts for the purpose of bribe is discouraged, with potential expulsion for violations.

5. Respect for DAO Property: Members must treat RnDAO's property, both tangible and intangible, with care. Misuse of any DAO and individual member assets, including intellectual property, is not allowed.

6. Maintaining Professionalism in Communication: Professionalism is expected in all communications and engagements within the DAO and community.

7. No Hate Speech: Any form of hate speech is strictly prohibited. Engage in compassionate listening and non-violent communication.

8. No Spamming: Unsolicited DMs and channel messages, particularly with registration or invitation links, and disruptive message chains are not allowed. Every participant must abide by the communication rules specified on the platform (Discord, Telegram).

9. No NSFW Material: Sharing pornographic or adult content, or any other Not Safe For Children material, is discouraged.

10. No Advertisements: Advertising of any offering not related to RnDAO’s mission or operations or RnDAO’s associated ventures, unless approved by a community moderator or governance or outside a purposely designated channel or platform, is prohibited.

11. No Threats: Making direct or indirect threats against others, virtual or physical, is prohibited.

12. Privacy and Legal Rights: Do not share private information that could lead to legal violations or infringe upon the privacy and rights of others. Please respect the privacy of community members. Efforts to maliciously “doxx” or otherwise disclose the identity of anonymous community members may constitute a violation of the Code of Conduct.

13. Consequences of Code Violations: Disrespecting any of the Code of Conduct rules may trigger removal from Discord on the authority of a Discord admin or community manager;   sanctions in line with existing governance policies; or be addressed on a case-by-case basis as incidents occur.
