There’s a flow of selected all of the workers who could help customer and then customer sees availability of everyone and books whatever time works
This is what it looks like on their website. They offer two types of round robin. Regular round robin is selecting people and then whoever is available is the person who responds to whatever need. Fixed is having one host who is guaranteed to be there and then having round robin guests.

You can have 1 fixed host and then add round robin hosts that can attend and cycle through depending on availability. So if you needed 1 person from sales but it doesn’t matter who. Then customers can select times based on those people availability. It will assign 1 sales person to the meeting if multiple team members are available
