Objective

Make our group scheduling feature less friction than already existing solutions like (lettucemeet). There are roughly 3 group scheduling situations

Implementation

Phase 0

A basic calendar app with no major bugs and login with wallet or email. We're almost there.

Phase 1

Being able to schedule a group by people connecting multiple calendars (either permanently or as guests) and quickly having the slots when they're free in the board, then unselecting or adding slots and being able to see the agregate of options and select one. This is largely already being built but not sure Guests (i.e. not part of permanent group) are being enabled and not sure what the UX is like.

Phase 2

Lettucemeet-like UX that makes it easy to do the above. We could likely improve upon it a bit.

Phase 3

Connecting identifiers. I don't remember the MWW identifier of someone but I know their email. And for someone else I know their discord but not their email. If our tool enables you to send invites (either for a 1 off meeting or for a group) via multiple identifiers that reduces friction.

Phase 4

Enabling people to follow each other and automatically request a meeting with those that follow you. (this could potentially borrow the Farcaster social graph or create its own).

Phase 5

Build a protocol of legos of this different component that allows developers use any of these components to build products.
