End-to-End Online Hackathon Cost:
$35k + 5k/month for the duration of the hackathon (minimum suggested for online hackathons is 1 month) 35k include:
*Data from the hackathon stays on the platform forever. (a page for each project, with the ability to add a video, and more)
IRL Hackathon or Hybrid will include all of the above plus travel/accommodation costs for their team (and our team and judges and the cafe of course that we'll have to cover)
So, for a 2 month online hackathon we'll need $45k and we'll need to do some meetings with them to talk strategy and reposting the content they create for it. (+ access to their 80k member community through their promo)
Denver Hackathon cost: $200k (incl. prizes 15k)
Brussels Hackathon cost: 309k (incl. prizes 20k)
