💡 How to use

- when we do analysis of an outreach initiative or otherwise periodic analysis of ad-hoc contacts, we log them into the insights table below and connect them with a Customer Persona (customer personas can be edited in the table at the bottom of this page)
- We then periodically review the insights and synthethise into Jobs to be Done table further below
