Based on feedback from Rari forum, there seems to be a strong interest in me proposing to Scroll, ZkNation and Arbitrum. Scroll is in process with Eugene. I’ll create a SimScore Analysis for all 3 DAOs and post them in their topic. I’ll also create proposals for ZKnation and Arbitrum. The ZKnation one will be same as Scroll, but with their own proposals.

RARI is main focus for me over last 2 weeks. Jonas has been working on the marketplace application. There is some back and forth…i think now we need a landing page for clients to ask questions etc. With RARI, I’ve posted a proposal. The responses at first was inquisitive, but changed to objections about “needed”, cost $600/proposal, and why not just use Gen AI. I have a call with Addi tomorrow, so will wait to talk to her before I respond. I have the response written, but want som feed back from Addi and janis first. Next I want to work on the Arbitrum Proposal. talking to gokhan tomorrow about it. Artem’s proposal was not accepted. we really need to understand the rubric…and target that. I think the best idea for Arbitrum is for SimScore to be integrated into the Snapshot round of the governance system….to edit the proposal before tally vote.

Mar 28. google came back with some requests for our marketplace application. Cansy was working on that, maybe…but it is last step before we send it in. We’ll wait til we have it b4 spending time figuring out how to promote it.

Unfortunately the call with Scroll was moved to next week. good work by cansy creating the file with the side by side discourse view of the edit screen. i think this will be very helpful.

The Scenius call was scattered due to # of players. trig did a good job reeling everyone in. I think the idea of forever question on a 6 to 12 mo basis has traction but we’ll see. Next step if fill in Trig’s worksheet.

As the Discourse plug-in comes into view, will start reaching out to others again, that i reached out to before. Will talk to Daniel about this.

Mar 18, working with cansy on the pre-proposal chat with Eugene at Scroll. Cansy is going to create a demo of the original proposal vs SImscore/AI proposal as seen and working in Discourse. This will show Eugene the complete integration. I am going to create a response page in the Scroll Forum that shows the justification. Also need to think about if someone wants API in their own server.

Both RnDAO and Scenius are not easily being persuaded to use survey data as the beginning of their change management process. or Human-Centered Transformation Process according to Claude. I am waiting for Jonas to unpack the 2024 Retrospective….still waiting. Hopefully this will show more benefit to gokhan and roso. Shows the main sales issue of this project. Put it right in front of them and they choose something more complicated and slower. But this was always the case.

March 13, Major change in direction. It looks like a combo of statistical consensus and AI can product low noise output for DAO Proposal editing / justification and as well as action plans with justification. This helps with the what do I do with this, by moving it to the “do this” phase….the next question is “how do I do this?” I guess. Meeting with Ray K went well. He is no longer in the biz, but felt the approach had merit and is a must have in his former business role. Not clear how to sell it to them yet. Next major meeting is with Eugene at Scroll. Posted first SimScore/AI proposal and justification in zknation incentive propoasal.

Re: zknation: a delegate named Polar liked the AI proposal. POLAR zksynch Delegate

“This is a good proposal. For my tastes a little bureaucratic but if we must have bureaucracy at least it should be well thought out, which this seems to be. I especially like the incorporation of feedback.

My one quibble is the 100k ($7,000) requirement. This to my eye is basically a hidden form of centralisation in that it favours established delegates, OGs, professional DAO outfits/governerds and those from ‘developed’ nations. It sets a very high bar for newcomers of all forms.
