Proposed Bets for 2025
Some weeks back I asked us what we should focus as a team (which we can extend to the public soon to ask via outreach), in as much as there will be a lot of ideas we can work on, one thing that is most important to us right now is product-market fit. So the question is, what is that big scheduling/booking problem we can solve that will help us fly higher? In this order, these are the top problems I feel we should focus on for the Quarter+:
- Test all current features and functionalities in Meetwith to ensure they’re stable - 1-1 and group meeting scheduling. Run the intensive scenario testing and ensure everything that might break gets fixed.
- Paid Meetings: We can make payment collection for group and 1-1 meeting scheduling easy for consultants, creators and experts. Organising paid workshop for a group or your followers has never been easy. We can work with AI integrations to help teachers, mentors and consultants build their event page and collect payment from people for bookings. The audience to reach out to for this? Coaches&Consultants - Life coaches, business consultants, fitness trainers, etc., who offer paid sessions; Freelancers - Designers, developers, content writers, and other gig workers who conduct paid consultations or workshops for individuals and teams; Educators and trainers - Tutors, online course creators, or workshop facilitators offering paid group or 1-1 sessions; Influencers and Creators - Social media influencers, YouTubers, and podcasters who conduct webinars, masterclasses, or fan meetups.
- Timezone Management for digital nomads: Creating demand for Meetwith would mean meeting a pressing need for a particular user group. We will explore reaching out to Digital nomads to understand how they currently manage appointments with their ever changing timezone due to travelling.
- Make Meetwith PWA so it would have some native features.
