Status:
Unit's Purpose: This unit will facilitate an orderly, ongoing, self-guided process to establish cooperative parameters for RnDAO past, present and future contributors.
Unit Lead Roles and Responsibilities: Track key components or otherwise appoint Contributors to lead/facilitate success in:
Generating alignment and providing direction (policy and vision)
Decomposing work into smaller pieces (strategy)
Allocating work (who does what)
Designing information flows (coordination systems)
Promoting/ensuring quality in execution (quality assurance)
Distributing rewards (managing incentivisation). Done by Compensation Managers.
Supporting individuals (coaching, peer support)
Interfacing with the outside (cross-group interactions & stakeholder management)
Managing exceptions (conflict management)
Transparency, membership, and the Unit Radiator role
