🎯 KEY OUTCOMES
- Consensus that securing grants and establishing a revenue model through paid meetings should be top priorities for Q2.
- Agreement to focus on community-led growth and increasing brand visibility.
- Decision to continue development of the contact list feature while addressing user-requested improvements.
- Recognition of the need to follow a customer-centric approach with proper validation before building
💡 MAIN INSIGHTS
- The team successfully gathered valuable user feedback in Q1, identifying key features users want (group scheduling, paid meetings).
- Poor visibility on social media and in communities limited user acquisition.
- The product has few remaining bugs, which boosts credibility, but needs more engineering resources.
- Following through on marketing/growth initiatives is critical for success.
- The team needs to focus more on understanding what would make users pay for the service.
- The "decentralized" aspect of the product could be better leveraged for grants and marketing.
⏭️ NEXT STEPS
- Prioritize development of paid meeting features to establish a revenue model.
- Apply for grants, particularly focusing on blockchain integration and user onboarding.
- Increase visibility through community engagement and content marketing.
- Implement daily standups to improve communication between product and engineering.
