Purpose
To embed a culture of continuous improvement by dedicating time each week to identify and fix small quality issues that might otherwise go unnoticed. The goal is to make quality a habit, not an afterthought.
How It Works
- Every Tuesday, each team member should present at least one small fix or improvement they’ve made to the product. These are not urgent bugs, but subtle imperfections that, if left unchecked, degrade the overall experience.
- Fixes should be achievable within about an hour to keep the practice sustainable.
- If you miss a week, aim to bring two fixes the following week—no pressure, just consistency.
What Counts as a Quality Fix?
- UI inconsistencies (e.g., button sizes, spacing, alignment)
- Accessibility improvements
- Micro-interaction polish (e.g., animation timing, hover states)
- Copy tweaks for clarity or tone
- Any small detail that makes the product feel more refined
- [A plus] a broken functionality
How to Track
- Log each fix with a “quality” label in our tracking tool.
- Optionally, keep a running note of things you notice throughout the week.
Weekly Presentation Format
