- What parts of this feel really hard for GitCoin to do internally or itself?
On ‘Internal org design chops’
🔎 I’m curious to know where they go to or have gone to for their own org design needs.
- What practices do they follow?
- What people have they worked with?
- What methods do they employ?
Why? I want to know if they just don’t know what to do or if it’s an implementation/execution problem.
- If they worked with The Ready, what was the scope? Are they still practicing what they learned? If not, why?
- Did they do an OS Canvas workshop (with The Ready)? If yes, is that still being applied?
- They seem to have a lot of the ‘right’ constraints documented in their charters, but still the downward spiral
On ‘working culture’
