  1. How long have you been in web3? Walked me through his journey into Web3 and his previous experience as a product specialist with a Fintech company. He has been in web3 since 2020. He joined the space due to the liberty to innovate in the industry, during the 2020-2021 Bull Run.
  2. How many bullish/bearish cycles have you seen in the crypto space? He has seen just 1 cycle and is currently in the ongoing cycle.
  3. As a professional within the space, what are some challenges you've seen and had first hand? He has been affected by lack of stability in growth of the industry and space. The bull market of 2021 had him contributing to most projects and startups that failed in the bear market which made him lose trust in projects without a team with a clear roadmap and progressively/actively working towards it.
  4. When did you have this challenge? Between the period of 2022-2023 most projects I was working with ran out of resources and I experienced my first layoff from a job in the tech space. I really did see that coming as at some point we were working with tension.
  5. If a solution to this challenge is presented, how would it make your life better? I don’t believe there’s a solution to that, the web3 space is a growing one and it should be allowed to take the full course of time.
  6. If I find a solution to your challenge, do you want me to let you know about it, what would that be worth for you? I assume the right solution to this is education and the most important people to educate are users, builders and regulators as they make regulations that has caused the heavy shake of crypto in many countries.

  1. How long have you been in web3? I have been in the web3 space since last year (2023).
  2. How many bullish/bearish cycles have you seen in the crypto space? I believe this should be the first.
  3. As a professional within the space, what are some challenges you've seen and had first hand? Most of my involvement has been around research and operations. I have ran research within RnDAO where I interacted with founders and members within the DAO. I basically had scheduling and availability juggles with them. Also the research process tends to be time consuming.
  4. When did you have this challenge?
    1. When he wants to learn about Ops processes like Marketing.
    2. When he wants to approach an ecosystem. He put out words this way in order to find the best way to penetrate the ecosystem. He also reads through their governance forums for posts that are related to their problems.
  5. If a solution to this challenge is presented, how would it make your life better? I don’t know if I would say exactly but I would love to have a solution that helps me do a query about a specific data; example asking for a report from Etherscan and getting a structured real-time data report and structuring it in a sharable format.
  6. If I find a solution to your challenge, do you want me to let you know about it, what would that be worth for you? this can come with a biased answer. but if he can get a tool that can give more complex results, that would be great. a tool that does a complex and orderly arrangement of responses in a database.
