Share Problems: If something is broken, say it. Ask why it is the way it is and point out any problems you find. Don’t assume it should be this way, ask.

Collective accountability: If someone is doing something poorly, it’s your responsibility to hold them accountable and help them improve. If the team is doing poorly in an important area, it’s your responsibility to find solutions or find the people who can.
