SimScore button appears at the end of menu bar.
OK, SimScore is available to run a consensus priority analysis.
The user needs to enter data into columns. The only required column is for ideas, but they can name it anything—like "Responses" or "Opinions." They can add extra columns if they want, including ID# (for reference if importing from CSV/JSON) and Author (to track who wrote the idea). There’s no limit—users can add as many columns as they need.
Users must remove all empty rows before processing the data. This ensures that only relevant information is included.
Press the SimScore Menu Button:
The user clicks the SimScore button in the menu bar.
Dialogue Box Appears:
A dialogue box opens where the user can select the columns for analysis.
Select Columns:
Defaults:
By default, the ID and Author fields are set to None, as they are not mandatory.
Note: Change font to google sans. Title same size as file name.
After selecting the columns, the user clicks the Analyze button.
SimScore Processes the Data:
The system processes the selected columns (Ideas, ID, Author) and performs the analysis.
Results Displayed:
After the analysis is complete, the user will see the SimScore results:
The user can then interact with the results or make any adjustments as needed.
