About this role
As a Sales and Communications manager at Meetwith.xyz, you’ll drive awareness and adoption by crafting compelling narratives and reaching out to potential customers. You’ll bridge the gap between our product’s features and the needs of our users, ensuring Meetwith becomes the go-to scheduling tool for multi-project professionals, freelancers, coaches, and DAO workers.
🧩 What You’ll Do
- ✅ Create and launch sales & marketing campaigns tailored to coaches, freelancers, consultants, and DAO contributors.
- ✅ Drive user research: recruit users for interviews, gather feedback, and turn it into actionable insight.
- ✅ Collaborate with product to shape features that resonate with real users.
- ✅ Produce high-quality content — blog posts, short videos, or social media — that brings Meetwith’s benefits to life.
- ✅ Build partnerships with communities (DAOs, freelance collectives, coaching networks) to expand our reach.
- ✅ Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns using data.
- ✅ Lead and coordinate ad-hoc contributors (growth supporters, ambassadors, creators).

- You’re a self-starter with high agency — comfortable building from scratch, without waiting for permission.
- You love talking to people, pitching ideas, and turning product features into clear value.
- You can write and/or produce content that captures attention and builds trust.
- You believe in the work we do: goodbye corporations, tools should serve fluid, async, multi-project workers.
Nice to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales and communications role.
- An understanding of Meetwith’s target audience (digital nomads, coaches, consultants, DAO contributors, freelancers).
