1. Establish a Community Treasury & Resource Allocation System

Create a shared funding mechanism that supports both community infrastructure and member projects.

Justification:

Priority #1 (50% similarity): "Any value, profit, resources, etc. that we generate within Scenius should flow back to the members as well as to a treasury/common fund." Priority #1 (50% similarity): "Members pitch projects to receive micro-grants from the Scenius treasury to bootstrap projects and initiatives within the Scenius" Priority #5 (44% similarity): "It would have financial resources (membership dues? grant funds?) to help fund the organizational structure/communal facilitation."

2. Develop Technical Infrastructure for Interoperability

Support the creation of shared technical standards, APIs, and protocols that enable Scenius tools to work together.

Justification:

Priority #2 (49% similarity): "We are working with FAIR data standards (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reuseable) to address the technical challenges of interoperation." Priority #19 (34% similarity): "Co-budgeting for strategic sensemaking infrastructure (e.g. technical standards, repos, research, etc) which would benefit both 1) projects in the scenius and 2) the wider public." Priority #20 (33% similarity): "I am building tools that aim to lean into the messy, plural, diverse, and complex real world rather than shy away from it by building radically interoperable microstandards"

3. Host Regular Events for Collaboration & Community Building

Organize both online and in-person events to strengthen relationships and enable deeper collaboration.

Justification:

Priority #1 (50% similarity): "In-person events like 'Scenius Camp': a design-sprint / hackathon community-building event to catalyze community growth and strengthen our ability to work and build together" Priority #26/27 (31% similarity): "Networking and prototyping! (Events like a scenius camp are one way to do both of these)" Priority #16 (36% similarity): "More technical development mutual support as we start to build these tools for sensemaking."

4. Create a Sensemaking Knowledge Hub

Develop a shared knowledge base documenting tools, protocols, and best practices for collective sensemaking.

Justification:

Priority #8 (41% similarity): "We need to align internally on what the 'sensemaking stack' is." Priority #8 (41% similarity): "There's an opportunity to create some sort of a wiki with reviews on different sensemaking projects." Priority #25 (31% similarity): "Knowledge hub (primarily from the DCKG and other database-related projects)"

5. Implement Transparent Community Governance

Establish clear, participatory decision-making processes for resource allocation and strategic direction.

Justification:
