An extensible schema system hosted at daostar.org, based on the EIP-4824 DAO standard.
Suppose we start with a few pages that look like the ones at schema.org.
Suppose we have (1) a non-exhaustive list of DAO endpoints, and (2) some way of tracking existing DAOs that are emitting data according to the standard.
Display of all the data is being published + some way of recommending or surfacing “popular” properties, to facilitate more organic adoption of “standard” properties.
Then: support automated publishing of new properties, to allow organic adoption of properties. E.g. an application developer publishes a set of properties, then a set of DAOs adopt these applications and publish data using these properties, and then these properties become more popular, and then they get adopted by other applications (either just for informational purposes like in DeepDAO or Messari or for functional purposes like reputation).
Z: we can also tack on a more “official” process for standardizing certain properties and objects.
Z: graph object would be very useful. E.g. to see if two properties are very similar.
J: apps publishing different reputation scores, for example
Z: okay but reputation is a terrible example for this, there SHOULD be many different reputation scores
Partners we want to reach out to:
In order: Tezos DAOs (ref. Tezos Homebase, Rameen from ETH Denver?), Cosmos Tezos, Near, Polkadot/Substrate DAOs, Avalanche, Solana (maybe?, https://squads.so/), Cardano, EOS
L2: Gnosis Chain/xDAI, Polygon
Reference implementation: Moloch, GitHub implementation (doesn’t GitHub natively allow you host endpoints? that could be interesting...), and then... GitHub, etc. etc.
Adoption partners in order: Etherscan, DeepDAO, Messari. Frameworks.
