Scroll has organized a 7 week long meeting series. The second week will be the ideation phase. Simscore has recommended using it’s tool to prioritize the ideas prior to facilitated sessions on Miro and Zoom.

Eugene has mentioned he plans to run a survey prior to starting the facilitation. This will guarantee that everyone has their ideas seen and heard before group dynamics are introduced.

We suggest that delegates write their answers free form. Most ppl don’t like surveys. but like writing what they think.

Here are some example answers to the Ecosystem questions, free form answers and focused ideas. The focused ideas are direct quote snippets.

This prompt was used in chatgpt to determine the direct quote snippets.

Prompt: "Take the following list of comments and extract exact quotes from each that capture the core message or most important insight. Include one distinct focus point per quote. Only use the speaker’s original words, unless context is absolutely necessary for clarity—in those cases, add minimal clarifying words in parentheses. Ensure all snippets are as brief as possible while retaining the original meaning."

Once all the focused ideas are collated from the respondents they can be processed by Simscore to determine the priority list and idea relationship graph for the whole group.

This process will save a lot of time, allowing the meeting to be more productive as highest priority items will be debated and discussed first.

1. What unique strategies or projects can Scroll pursue that no one else is currently doing?

"I think Scroll should look into something around cross-chain compatibility. Not many projects are really making it easy to deploy across different chains. Also, maybe something that targets specific industries like healthcare or logistics with blockchain applications—those seem underexplored. You could also focus on developer tools for ZK tech since there’s a lot of interest, but not enough practical use cases right now."
