After convo with Daniel: He would like us to pitch this idea to 10 governance leads.
Sales Process
Daniel introduces us to governance lead, with a big fat claim:
RnDAO has focused on sensemaking and deliberation. A major issue is the use of Discourse open discussions as a means for feedback and iteration. The forums are so messy, slow, hard to keep up with and ultimately frustrating. Our teams at Harmonica and Simscore have tools that can solve these problems, are ready for implementation, fast set up and cost effective.
We interact with the governance lead thru messages. Develop a series of questions / statements that can be used so lead agrees to a meeting. Send PRFAQ once meeting is booked.
During the meeting, we will access the clients interest. Daniel will have already described the client’s core beliefs, so we don’t inadvertently challenge them. The overall objective is for client to align on a topic / proposal that they will support. For each client the proposal will have a different flavour.

Press Release
Headline: Improving DAO Decision-Making: Harmonica and SimScore Introduce Wisdom of Crowds Technology
Subheadline: Streamlining decision processes with AI-facilitated sensemaking and deliberation.
The Problem: Open discussions in forums are often messy, time-consuming, and unstructured. These forums can lead to poor group dynamics, fatigue, frustration, and decisions that do not accurately reflect token-weighted preferences in DAOs. This inefficiency results in lost time, suboptimal decisions, and reduced engagement among participants.
[City, Date] — To address these challenges, DAOs and organizations now have access to Harmonica and SimScore’s Wisdom of Crowds Technology, a practical solution designed to enhance collective decision-making. This approach emphasizes diversity of opinion, local knowledge, independent thinking, and unbiased aggregation.
“Harmonica and SimScore aim to simplify the decision-making process and provide clarity,” said [Company Representative]. “Our tools are designed to save time, reduce frustration, and foster better outcomes.”
The Solution: The process starts with Harmonica, an AI-facilitated sensemaking and deliberation tool. Delegates engage independently with Harmonica for 5-10 minutes, ensuring focused and unbiased input. Following this, SimScore generates a session report, including delegate responses, priority lists, and executive summaries.
The workflow concludes with an optional forum phase, enabling proposers and delegates to refine proposals collaboratively before voting. This ensures decisions are informed and reflective of stakeholder priorities.
