Arbitrum over 100 shapshot proposals
For 25 (3 months, which ever comes first) proposal’s the SimScore team will do the following:
Load and read the proposal section of the Arbitrum Forum, Snapshot and Tally, Daily.
Simscore team will ensure we are aware of when proposals moving to the voting stage of the governance process. For both Snapshot and Tally Voting.
SimScore Analysis Steps.
- 2 days prior to the snapshot vote beginning:
- Collate all paragraphs from forum replies along with Author’s names, Exclude proposers and duplicate paragraphs.
- Run SimScore analysis,
- Publishing the google sheets file with priority list, relationship graph and similarity matrix in the reply section of forum.
- Post Top replies as replies in forum. This allows the proposer to interact with each of the top responses from the SimScore Collective Intelligence analysis.
- Write a synopsis, describing revisions that the collective intelligence of the delegates and others is recommending.
- Proposer approves /declines recommendations with justification before snapshot vote, and puts Proposal up for SnapShot off-chain vote.
- Right after Snapshot is complete:
- Collate responses from the snapshot round as with step 2.
- For each author determine token holdings or delegation.
- Using the DIP method as precedent to adjust weight of paragraph’s SimScore %s from 0.8-1.0. This provides higher weight for larger token holders.
- Continue with steps 3-7. In this case the proposer is advised to add changes as the collective group has recommended. It reflects delegate and token holder opinions and is weighted by highest token holder.
- Final edition of proposal presented for tally vote
- Continue with existing governance process
