Sprint Review
Purpose:
- The sprint review is held at the end of the sprint to inspect the increment and adapt the product backlog if needed.
- It focuses on the product and its progress toward the project goals.
Activities:
- The development team presents the work that has been completed during the sprint.
- Stakeholders and the product owner provide feedback on the increment.
- The team discusses what went well, what problems it ran into, and how those problems were solved.
- The product backlog may be adjusted based on the feedback and changes in priorities.
