Sprint Review

Purpose:

• The sprint review is held at the end of the sprint to inspect the increment and adapt the product backlog if needed.
• It focuses on the product and its progress toward the project goals.

Activities:

• The development team presents the work that has been completed during the sprint.
• Stakeholders and the product owner provide feedback on the increment.
• The team discusses what went well, what problems it ran into, and how those problems were solved.
• The product backlog may be adjusted based on the feedback and changes in priorities.
