All contributors are encouraged to start new Projects within RnDAO. This document defines the process for doing so. (We also have a process for onboarding already formed project into RnDAO: Joining the RnDAO swarm with an exiting project: step by step process)

Desired outcomes of this document:

• Members have clarity on how to act on opportunities they sense
• Members know how to collaborate with others in order to refine and build upon an idea before submitting a proposal
• Members are able to sense the constraints of the DAO in order to make conscious decisions on how they scope a Project
