Strategy process:
0. Read mission and vision doc, read 2024 retrospective, and agree strategy process (24-25th March)
- Run a harmonica session asking the questions (week of 24th March):
- what are the key things we should measure/track to know if we’re succeeding in our vision (venture studio and product ecosystem)?
- what key opportunities/problems should we prioritise this coming quarter?
- Schedule a workshop with team leads to discuss the Harmonica results and agree on the top initiatives (week of 31st March)
- Assign an owner to each initiative and ask them to provide a plan
- Provide feedback on plans
- Setup monthly reviews of plan progress

Strategy Q2:
Q2 priority: Make at least one venture become a success story (fundraise or significant market traction)
- Select 1-2 ventures for focus work towards this goal
- if we’re doing very significant work (e.g. fundraising for them), then require at least 30% ownership
- Continue preparing for RnDAO fundraise in the background
- Plan cashflow assuming a fundraise not earlier than Q4

- Define roles within the team (both RnDAO the venture)
- Create sales/marketing assets
- Get Funding
- Create a new PitchDeck
