General Rules on Roles

• Role Appointments and Role Changes process

Team Roles Descriptions:

• Lead (or co-leads): those ultimately responsible for project outcomes.
• Project Coach: a member of Research Coordination or Incubation Coordination teams who supports the project.
• Contributors: those who have committed to the project (attending weekly syncs, retrospectives, and workshops and working async) and been accepted by the project's Lead.
• Supporters: the basic role for anyone joining the channel (through emoji-reaction in Discord).
