Objective of the Meeting

To get a good guide on how to do an effective research. I’ll want to learn about all the resources and materials within RnDAO that can be used for running research right for Microsense.

Top Questions for me:

1. Your general advice to us about User, Market and Literature Research?
   1. “What would have to be true?”
   2. Make a list of all the assumptions around the problem.
2. How would Drea start the research process for Microsense, if she was to handle it?
   1. Defining the goals and approach for the research
3. What are the resources, structures and methods you’ll put in place to ensure the research produces an excellent result?
4. What are the tools you’ll use to do this Research and produce an top report?
5. Can you share resources that would be helpful to me in the research process?
6. What are the gaps you see in team research process that if you would attempt solving for would be your focus?
7. Do you mind joining our channel so we keep you updated on what we are working on?

Problem Statement,

Ben is the head of DAO operations at POKT Network. He wanted to build the RPGF program for the Foundation. He wanted to easily find information about how other DAOs and Foundations have structured their programs, he needs recent data and would also want to collaboratively work on this research with other DAO operations team members/contributors. He doesn't have a lot of time to go searching for these information, even if he engages the team, they have to engage in the traditional time-consuming and tedious process of finding, sorting and structuring. They need a better way to do this.

This is one of the key painpoints I've seen in research across the space and this is a real-life story, which i saw first hand, as I got to do the research for Ben as a bounty task, and it was time consuming too but for me I already knew about a lot of these RPGF programs from the Stackles grant writing days.

So after these experience, I thought this process could be better. Research should be more efficient and collaborative.

Solution Statement (which is not yet validated)

this is where Microsense comes in, Microsense is simply here to make research about crypto, technology, science, and DAO governance easy, efficient and collaborative.

Microsense makes fact finding, and storytelling easy, fast and reliable. With features like:

• Multi-form response generation - responses can come in different formats. You can ask for a trend report, a summary, etc
• Multi-player collaborative features like invite collaborator, create subpages within a page for collaborators with a different version of the same research topic.
  • question could be, How do we make OpenAI or Gemini more collaborative? Is there a problem there to solve?
  • What’s the benefit of collaboration?
    • working in silos messes things up, … blend understanding from different topics or domains

    • Debate and decision making
• Export responses to Word processing softwares like Notion, Google Docs, etc.
