RnDAO support for ventures (called Project Units) has 3 parts:
- RnDAO direct support (live): we’ll schedule a regular call with you to 1) hear your most pressing needs and aim to provide support, and 2) provide perspective and assessment so we can proactively identify needs before they become a problem. This is not “mentorship” like you’d find on a regular accelerator, we work with you to build the venture, supporting with what is need when it is needed.
- RnDAO mentorship (coming soon): a mentorship programme to connect you with industry leaders who can support you and serve as senior champions for you along the journey.
- RnDAO guilds (coming soon): a peer2peer programme to connect with others doing similar work in other teams and find opportunities to collaborate and support each other.
RnDAO Direct Support
Direct Support is divided into the following areas and sub-areas. Please review each of them and make a note of which ones you’d like to get support on sooner and also who in your team will be the lead(s) for that area. The areas are marked with their equivalent job-title in a traditional organisation, but note that we do not require you to divide yourself in that way.
- Ops: (COO type work) how you organise as a team.
- Research & Product (CEO & CPO type work): how to develop a great value proposition and business model
- Growth, Go to Market & Community (CMO type work): how to get in touch with the market and sell
- Fundraising (CFO type work): how to ensure effective financial management for your team
