Marketing and Market Research: Marketing Consultant: Average $34/hour (converted from a yearly salary) and market research analyst is $20/hour. (3) (4)
- We have $80/hour and 2 hours/week. We can reduce the hourly and increase the h/week (market research takes time and we've already done a tone)
Legal advisor: $30/hour. vs our $200/hour but "Paris attorneys bill their services at an hourly rate that is between 250 € and 350 €" (5) (6)
People: I searched for executive coaching: Range: $600-$2000. and business coach's range is $127-$393 (numbers are weird because they were converted from pounds to $). Our rate is $80 which seems way too small. (7) (8)
Operations Manager: $30/hour, so our $100 is too much BUT it's probably more than 1 hour/week. (9)
Tech:
- Technical Manager: range: $26/h - $40/h (10)
- R&D Engineer: Average $50/hour (11)
Financial: $200 is good - could be a bit more (average: $190, range $95-$445). (12)
Mentors (range $50-$500) so we could increase it from our current $100. (13)
