Have you ever been in a meeting with a group of earnest, good faith teammates when the conversation still goes sideways? Conflict emerges and collaboration stops. With the help of LLMs like GPT, Harmonica can turn conflict or lack of alignment into actionable proposals by democratising state-of-the-art facilitation techniques.
We remove some of the biggest blocks to sensemaking and deliberation by helping Discord communities (and any other org in the future) communicate across differences and with higher participation rates — our bot creates a safe space where no one has to argue, and emotional (or even political!) costs of engagement are minimised.
Human collaboration can get much easier thanks to AI facilitators which users can talk to. Participants can approach the problems / deliberation topics from different angles — and Harmonica can handle each of them individually unlike a human facilitator.
